A leading insurance firm in London is seeking a Junior Change Manager to facilitate successful change cycles for CFO projects. The candidate will lead Change Management efforts, assess change impacts, and ensure stakeholders adopt project outcomes. The ideal applicant should have significant Change Management experience in a high-stakes environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with various project methodologies. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic setting.

The role holder will facilitate and enable CFO project teams and end users through the change cycle, whether that change is the result of a standalone project, small change, continuous improvement effort or regulatory / mandatory change.
Ensures the project or initiative outcomes are smoothly integrated and adopted by colleagues and the intent of the project is embedded in the ongoing operations of the function. Focus on people side of change; work closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of change, communicate the rationale behind the change, and create strategies to support Global CFO colleagues through the transition.
Building on knowledge of our CFO processes and systems, they will partner with CFO leaders, CFO project managers and business process and systems analysts, Operations and Technology, and other functions to ensure the successful roll‑out and adoption of CFO change efforts.
