Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing relationships within an existing customer database
  • Qualifying and nurturing warm marketing leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Managing live and spending customer accounts to maximise engagement and growth
  • Guiding customers through their journey from first order to established account
  • Maintaining and updating customer data accurately within the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Demonstrating a driven, tenacious and approachable attitude in all client interactions
Qualifications
  • Experience within Business Development or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Have a confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and personable approach when engaging with customers
  • Proactive attitude with the drive to make calls and create opportunities
