Overview

The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the business development function by helping to create innovative, competitive, and customer-focused solutions that drive successful bids.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development Directors and Technical Services Subject Matter Experts throughout the bid lifecycle, including assessing new opportunities, qualifying bids, developing proposals, managing contract awards, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations and transition teams.

The role also involves liaising with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment with industry best practices and innovative solutions. This position provides exposure to a variety of projects and clients, offering the opportunity to build both commercial and technical expertise. It is a fast-paced, exciting role that allows the development of strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
