We’re looking for an ambitious Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and develop new ones, joining our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission.
You’ve worked in insurance in some capacity, perhaps Underwriting, Broking or wider insurance-based roles before and you’re not sure if that career within insurance is exactly for you. You’re looking to transfer your skills and energy into a new area? Perhaps you’re interested in Commercial Insurance Sales, Distribution, Account Management, Strategy, Business Development or Broker Relations? If so this could be the opportunity for you,
Working with a diverse network of brokers, you’ll develop new ways to drive engagement and differentiate us from other insurers, including getting involved with specific deals to help deliver on our targets. By championing Flock’s innovative connected fleet proposition, you’ll work with our brokers to help fleets improve their safety, reduce their insurance costs, and ultimately help them win!
At Flock, we typically follow a hybrid working model involving a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office, which is based in Central London, a few minutes walk from Moorgate and Liverpool Street.
