Junior Accountant – Grimsby

Location: Grimsby

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Join 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers with an annual turnover exceeding £3 billion and approximately 13,000 employees across 16 sites. The Recipe Dish site in Grimsby is a state‑of‑the‑art CIP plant producing premium chilled soups and sauces.

Role Overview

As a Junior Accountant you will work within a team of four and support your Finance Manager on month‑end activities, audits, budgeting and broader financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and related financial requests.
  • Assist with Group finance audits, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Manage debt position and review claims to keep records updated.
  • Support capex projects, ensuring correct documentation and accurate system updates.
Qualifications
  • AAT qualifications or above.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for a career in finance.
