Job description

We're looking for an Account Executive to support the management of key UK retail accounts, working closely with senior account managers to deliver growth and provide exceptional service for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial skills within a dynamic, employee-owned FMCG business.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day account management. You'll help ensure smooth communication between our business and retail partners, assist with reporting and analysis, and contribute to the delivery of new product opportunities.

This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to different areas of the business, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support on the management of retail accounts, ensuring customer needs are met

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and category insights for meetings

  • Help track sales performance and promotional activity

  • Support the process for securing new product listings

  • Work with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure stock and service levels are maintained

  • Build positive working relationships with retail contacts and internal teams

About You
  • 1-2 years' experience in a commercial, sales support, or FMCG role (graduate applicants with relevant placement/internship experience will also be considered)

  • An interest in developing a career in account management within food/FMCG

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Comfortable using Excel and data to create reports and insights

  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility
