Junior AC Engineer

About the Role:

The Junior AC Engineer will play a vital role in supporting our experienced engineering team in the delivery of a wide range of air conditioning projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for mechanical systems and a desire to develop their career within the building services sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands‑on assistance during the installation of AC systems, including refrigerant pipework, ductwork, and electrical connections, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Participate in the commissioning of AC systems, assisting with functional testing, performance verification, and system balancing under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Undertake routine maintenance tasks on existing AC systems, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and basic system checks. Assist in diagnosing and rectifying faults and breakdowns.
  • Adhere strictly to all company health and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, site personnel, and clients to ensure project success.
