Role Overview
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and various stakeholders to pinpoint and address critical business issues through innovative data-driven approaches.
  • Utilize diverse datasets creatively to tackle business challenges.
  • Handle the entire spectrum of data activities: sourcing, cleaning, preprocessing, and ensuring reliability and integrity of data.
  • Create and refine machine learning models and algorithms to advance user engagement, refine customer segmentation, enhance pricing strategies.
  • Explore data to detect underlying patterns and insights that drive product and marketing strategy enhancements.
  • Develop predictive analytics for key business operations like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and customer value assessments.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing procedures and other experimental frameworks to gauge the effectiveness of changes in products and marketing strategies.
  • Articulate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders through comprehensive visualizations, reports, and presentations.
What We Look For
  • Demonstrated experience in a Data Scientist role or a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in programming (Python or R preferred) and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow.
  • Robust understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis tests, and design of experiments.
