About the Role

The business is looking for a Joinery Estimator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role will see you take responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects. You will liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring estimates are produced on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and design concepts to produce accurate estimates.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and take-offs for bespoke joinery packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Support tender submissions and contribute to value engineering.
• Collaborate with project and commercial teams during tender and live project phases.
