Job description
Overview

We’re working with a highly respected project management company specialising in delivering high-end retail environments for some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. They’re currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their London-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your work will make a real impact. You’ll be working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient process management, and accurate documentation across all stages of the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects running smoothly. From coordinating communication between clients, designers, and contractors, to managing project documentation and supporting the team with planning and procurement—you’ll be involved in every step of the journey.

Your week might start with a quick check-in on project trackers, followed by prepping reports, organising site visits, or helping onboard new consultants. No two days are the same, and your ability to juggle tasks and keep things moving will be key.

A bit about you
  • You’ll have at least 2 years experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in architecture, construction, or interior design.
  • You’re confident using project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • You’re a natural communicator, super organised, and have a sharp eye for detail.
  • You understand the luxury retail world and the RIBA stages (0–7).
  • You’re proactive, positive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Why this role stands out

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team that values creativity, precision, and collaboration. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, contribute meaningfully, and be part of something special, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
