An inclusive educational institution in Swindon is seeking a passionate Job Coach to support young people with additional needs in their transition from education to employment. The role involves providing tailored coaching, liaising with employers, and promoting diversity across work placements. The position is part-time, totaling 22.5 hours per week, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting individuals with learning difficulties and hold Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ICT.

You’ll support learners on our Supported Internship and Inclusive Learning programmes, helping them gain meaningful work experience, develop confidence, and succeed in real job roles.
Please note that this role is 22.5 hours per week - Wed‑Thurs 08:30‑17:00 Friday 08:30‑16:30
