Job description

A leading Japanese Financial Company in the City is looking for a Japanese speaking accounts assistant.

Key Tasks/ Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchase invoices including coding.
  • Processing bank loan related transaction.
  • Processing cash management transfer and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Processing expense claim.
  • Responsible for credit card payments ensuring all evidence is provided.
  • Process intercompany loan. (Distribute monthly schedule of loan, issue the credit advice, follow up interest payment.)
  • Administration of contract (filing and gathering figures) and follow internal approval procedure.
  • General assistance in the finance team and ad hoc duties as required
