- Confidently handling clients and building their trust around day to day account work
- Increasingly being aware of workflow across the account
- Alerting senior team members to pressures, deadlines or issues on accounts, including your own activity
- Leading on delivery of account administration, including EOW reports/monthly activity reports, coverage documents etc
- Exhibiting understanding of and sensitivity to changing client priorities and pressures

Delivery
- Taking initiative around creative ideas for clients to support high levels of quality activity

New business
