Account support
  • Confidently handling clients and building their trust around day to day account work
  • Increasingly being aware of workflow across the account
    • Alerting senior team members to pressures, deadlines or issues on accounts, including your own activity
  • Leading on delivery of account administration, including EOW reports/monthly activity reports, coverage documents etc
  • Exhibiting understanding of and sensitivity to changing client priorities and pressures
