IT Trainer - AML System Rollout, 2.5 Days/Week, Fully Remote

Mid-January 2026 to June 2026 | £400-£450 per day | Outside IR35

The Company & Role Overview

A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to support the rollout of a new AML workflow system across EMEA. This upgrade to the firm's existing AML processes will require training for approximately 1,500 consultants and senior management. The role involves remote training delivery, workflow system training, and producing clear, engaging learning materials. Fully remote, 2.5 days per week with flexible scheduling.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Must have good experience working in professional services, delivering training across the company to similar numbers
• Confident virtual trainer, comfortable delivering to senior audiences
• Strong training material creation skills, including E-learning, videos and quick reference guides
• Experience creating E-learning materials using Articulate
• Experience building training/instructional videos using Adobe products, Synthesia or similar
• Desirable (nice-to-have): exposure to compliance or AML training, understanding of AML concepts, familiarity with workflow/AML systems
• Highly organised, self-sufficient and effective working remotely

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AML system training materials including E-learning assets, guides and scripts
• Deliver remote AML system training to 1,500 consultants and senior management across EMEA
• Explain AML workflow processes clearly for non-technical audiences
• Support learners during sessions and provide guidance
• Maintain consistent, high-quality training standards
• Tailor training content in collaboration with stakeholders when required
