As our IT Technology Deployment Assistant, you’ll install, deploy and maintain hardware components, provide resolutions for faults and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking the implementation, management and support of IT hardware and software.
  • Assisting with the updates of operating systems.
  • Monitoring and detecting potential security threats and escalating as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience of deploying, supporting and managing hardware and software components.
  • Experience of investigating and managing known hardware and associated software incidents.
  • Able to provide a high-quality service to various stakeholders.
