• Experience in 2nd Line / 3rd Line Technical Support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting support across all user endpoints.
• Project work including M365 Migration and application upgrades.
• IT security work including patch updates.

2nd Line / 3rd Line Technical Support experience

Windows and iOS Operating systems knowledge
