A technology-driven logistics company in Greater London is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to build and manage internal IT and device operations. You will design and implement MDM and VPN platforms, manage a device fleet, and enhance cybersecurity across the organization. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar.
• Experience deploying and managing MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji or equivalent).
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows device administration.

Responsibilities

• Select and implement a new MDM platform for managing devices.
• Evaluate and provision a new VPN provider for secure remote access.
• Own device lifecycle management including procurement and tracking.

Skills

3+ years of experience in IT operations

Experience deploying and managing MDM solutions

Strong understanding of endpoint security

Experience implementing VPN solutions

Familiarity with cybersecurity awareness training

Proficiency with macOS and Windows device administration

Familiarity with identity and access management in SaaS

Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 readiness

Ability to script or automate processes
