Overview

IT support technician- Bridgwater (Onsite) - £26K-£29K

I am seeking an IT support technician to work within a growing MSP, supporting a host of external clients on their IT needs. The successful IT support technician will provide IT Support through email, ticketing system, or phone to a network of external customers. You will be working within a skilled team and escalating tickets when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to external customers via email, ticketing system, or phone.
• Escalate tickets as needed within a skilled team.
• Support a range of client IT needs within an MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP
• Have a relevant qualification in IT
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Office - Exchange, Intune, OneDrive

• Excellent communication skills
