What You’ll Do

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to office and production staff
• Troubleshoot and maintain business applications used for manufacturing, logistics, and operations
• Support and configure PCs, printers, and shop floor terminals
• Ensure smooth running of business-critical manufacturing systems
• Work with the IT team on hardware refreshes, upgrades, and new tech rollouts
• Translate tech problems into plain English for non-technical colleagues

What You Bring

Must Have:

• Experience in IT support (desktop & application support)
• Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software
• Excellent communication skills for working with office staff and shop floor teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
• Understanding of barcode scanning, production line IT, or industrial printers
