This is a hands‑on, field‑based role providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across four sites in Rugby. Reporting to the Lead IT Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring IT systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students
  • Support and maintain Windows‑based environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and software
  • Support cloud‑based systems including Google Workspace
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets
  • Assist with data security, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Liaise with third‑party suppliers and file escalations where required
