IT Support Assistant (Legal)
Prestigious US law firm with offices based in a sought-after city location is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Support Assistant (Legal) on a permanent, full-time basis.

We’re looking for candidates with 2 years of IT support experience to provide internal customer service, second-level problem resolution, and desktop technology support as well as site support, and to participate in special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Work with callers to solve normal and unusual information system problems, or escalate as defined in normal operating procedures
 - Provide technical support and problem resolution activities for the assigned site
 - Install PCs and related hardware; investigate hardware problems and perform minor repairs
 - Support new joiner setups as and when required
 - Interface with vendors and the firm’s Technical Services for resolution of telecom, videoconference, network, systems, and/or related hardware problems
 - Use technical tools and knowledge to meet or exceed performance standards and expectations
 
Skills & Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role within a law firm
 - An education focused on IT qualifications and a genuine passion for IT
 - Knowledge of and experience in configuring, installing, and supporting the hardware and connectivity components of single-user workstations is desirable
 - Proven experience with desktop and server operating systems, including applications support (Windows 10, Office 365)
 - Knowledge of videoconferencing/telecom support and iOS and Android devices
 - Experience with Asset Tracking and processes is desirable
