Please note we are unable to provide international VISAs or relocation for this role. It is also a 5-day-a-week in-office position with some evening and weekend work on a rota so the successful UK-based candidate must be able to comfortably commute to our Chancery Lane office in Central London.

The Role

Framestore’s Systems Support Team is growing and we are looking for an IT Support Analyst! This is an entry-level position to join our 1st line support team dealing with all IT systems-related queries and issues. This role is perfect for someone who has recently graduated from college / university or is in the early stages of their career. Based in our London office this hands-on role is your chance to jumpstart your career in a dynamic tech-driven environment.

As an IT Support Analyst you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our technology running smoothly.

Youll also :

  • Be the first point of contact for all tech incidents and requests managing them through our JIRA service desk
  • Configure workstations (both hardware and software) - diagnosing and replacing hardware components
  • Monitor our systems manage assets and loan equipment and provide on-site AV support for meetings and events

Excellent problem-solving skills with a flexible and proactive approach to your work as well as someone with a strong ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and others. Job requirements
Core Experience
  • Genuine passion and interest in working with tech
