A leading professional services firm in Belfast is seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT team. You'll be the first point of contact for over 190 staff, delivering top-notch support while engaging in exciting infrastructure projects including a cloud migration to Azure Virtual Desktop. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a support role, solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365, and strong problem-solving skills.

You\'ll be the first point of contact for over 190 staff, delivering first-class support and helping to drive forward exciting infrastructure projects, including a cloud migration to Azure Virtual Desktop. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad IT experience, working across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Cisco/Palo Alto networking, and a range of specialist applications.
