Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Supplier Analyst to join the Technology at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

Join our IT team and play a key role in shaping supplier performance and driving value. You\'ll manage supplier relationships, run mini competitions, and turn IT needs into real-world outcomes. As our IT Supplier Analyst, you will
  • Build strong vendor relationships and manage escalations and performance.
  • Develop and improve vendor management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating technology agreements (MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, etc.).
  • Monitor vendor health, assess risks, and support supplier evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Tech teams.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to maximise contract value.
  • Lead vendor review meetings and contribute to reporting and analysis.
What skills & qualifications you will need
  • Skilled in analysing and presenting complex data with clear, justifiable conclusions
  • Effective communicator, able to adapt style and tools to suit different audiences
  • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in IT procurement and contract management
  • Knowledge of process mapping, design, and creation
  • Understanding of multi-level risk management
  • Experience delivering procurement in line with current Contracts Regulations
  • Familiarity with Kelda\'s Procure to Pay systems (e.g. SAP Ariba)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Power BI
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
