Overview
Job Purpose: As an IT Solution Specialist, your mission is to design, implement, and support cutting-edge solutions that redefine the way we operate. You will work within our Supply Chain domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and optimize operations, primarily centered around Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Clearly and logically design supply chain solutions/framework from start to finish to solve business problems.
- Work with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure applications to meet specific business needs and customize the system per client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to integrate applications with existing systems and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Define test scenarios and validate that configured solutions meet requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and promote adoption.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Think holistically about project goals to design working bespoke solutions.
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, including customization and configuration.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Flexible within business hours and able to work under pressure.
- Logical thinking and detailed problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- 2+ years' experience using ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare and logistics industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Desired qualifications
- Preferable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Preferable knowledge of test management, non-functional testing, and automated testing.
- Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (eg, MB-300, MB-310, Power Platform, etc.) is a plus.
- Eager to learn and build skills.
- Ability to understand organizational culture and tailor communication and processes accordingly.
- Time management, organization, execution, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
