A leading IT support company in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Desk Support to provide first-line support to users. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting with device setup, and maintaining IT security. Ideal candidates will have a good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, with a preference for those having previous IT support experience. The role offers a salary up to £27,500 based on experience and includes a flexible benefits program.
Provide first-line IT Service Desk support to internal users, addressing incidents and requests by phone, email, service desk, remote tools, and in person.
Working on site in our Helsby office in Cheshire 5 days a week 09:00 - 17:30. You must live within a commutable distance to the office.
