What you'll do :
  • Own and optimise the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM modules like Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive automation integrations and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Provide technical support training and documentation to empower users and teams.
  • Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value.
What you'll bring :
  • Experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM process implementation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery.
Qualifications : Essential
  • Proven experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows business rules and customisations
  • Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics
  • Experience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practices
