• Over five years' experience with Microsoft on-premises solutions, Microsoft 365 services, and user endpoint management.

Job description

Optimize system performance, security, and availability.

Manage escalation and coordination with 3rd-party FM/support contracts.

Project manage technical rollouts, new branch openings, acquisitions, and other initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to SLA standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and policies.

Drive infrastructure automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, development, and data teams.

Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.

Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure issues.

Provide accurate, timely reporting and documentation of progress and issues.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

What We're Looking For

Expertise in designing, deploying, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Over five years' experience with Microsoft on-premises solutions, Microsoft 365 services, and user endpoint management.

Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, CCNA, or Microsoft Azure Administrator (advantageous).
