Overview

AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to assist in delivering key technology projects that enhance our services across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to build skills in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and IT governance.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project reports and documentation following global governance standards.
  • Support the management of project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to mitigate impact.
  • Contribute to defining and applying standards and methodologies for effective project management.
  • Promote security best practices in all project activities, aligning with Group policies.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and stakeholders, sharing updates and managing expectations.
  • Support the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations (business as usual).
What you'll bring
  • Familiarity with common IT tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and support solution implementation.
  • Capacity to manage workstreams, coordinate tasks, and work collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of IT solutions is advantageous but not required.

Eligibility
