Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance against SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Lead post-contract activities including contract delivery and governance.
• Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) to ensure value and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT project teams and internal stakeholders to support ongoing transformation initiatives.
