Job description

A 6 month FTC opportunity has arisen for a IT Operations Analyst to support the effective running of a multi-disciplinary IT function. This position focuses on enabling delivery, maintaining operational clarity, and ensuring technology teams are aligned with business priorities.

Youll work alongside technical leadership and delivery teams to keep initiatives moving, remove obstacles, and ensure communication flows clearly between teams and stakeholders. The role combines coordination, problem-solving, and operational oversight within a fast-moving technology environment.

What Youll Be Responsible For
  • Overseeing the flow of work across engineering, testing, and platform teams, helping ensure commitments are met and priorities remain on track
  • Monitoring delivery activity to spot risks, delays, or conflicting demands, and supporting teams to resolve issues before they impact outcomes
  • Acting as a central point for system and application queries, coordinating responses and resolution with the relevant technical specialists
  • Sharing updates on delivery changes, dependencies, or operational challenges with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
