Within the GCAP Joint Venture (Edgewing), in the GCAP Technical Leadership UO, we are looking for a Knowledge Manager for GCAP HQ in Reading (UK).

The purpose of the Knowledge Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a knowledge capability that is aligned with the organisation’s overall strategy. This role involves developing, managing, and executing a knowledge management strategy that will increase the effectiveness, foster innovation, and improve business performance in the Joint Venture. The Knowledge Manager will work with all areas of the Digital Information function to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders. This individual will also be responsible for managing the organisation's knowledge base, creating documentation, and providing training materials to support organisational objectives. This role reports to the Head of Digital Information Business Management.
