Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in an IT infrastructure role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the business.
• Maintain desktop environments and Point of Sale equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills for Windows 10 and Windows 11

Troubleshooting skills Office 365

Knowledge of TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP etc)

Printer Troubleshooting

Proactive monitoring of environment and PCs

Experience supporting/using iPads/iPhones/Android devices

Excellent Communication Skills
