• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware experience within a service desk environment.
• Proven ability and experience configuring Windows devices using SCCM and Intune.
• Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring.
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain stock levels, conducting weekly and monthly stock checks.
• Manage secure disposal of devices, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Identify and enhance processes related to asset and configuration management.
