Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in hospitality? A prestigious group of hotels in London is seeking an IT Assistant Manager to take the lead on day to day technology operations across a cluster of properties.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure, systems, and services that support both hotel operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will be a hands‑on technical leader, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple hotel sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily IT operations and support across multiple hotel properties
  • Contribute to and execute IT strategies for multi‑site coordination
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with speed and efficiency
  • Oversee network, AV, Wi‑Fi, and security systems
  • Maintain IT asset records and support planning and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Experience
  • 3–5 years of IT operations experience, including 2+ in hospitality IT
  • Must have experience with PMS, POS, AV, and guest‑facing technology
  • Solid knowledge of networking, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP or CISSP) are advantageous
  • Confident communicator able to support and train non‑technical users
