A leading training provider in the United Kingdom seeks an apprentice to provide helpdesk support. You will log incidents, manage requests, and support various applications. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow procedures in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will have 3 GCSEs at grades 4+ and be keen to learn. The position offers a mix of office and remote work.

Whether a seasoned IT professional or a total novice, we help guide our customers through the minefield of new technology, advising on kit that actually makes a difference to their business.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
