A boutique Private Equity Firm in London is looking for an individual to support its Investor Relations team with fundraising and ESG initiatives. This role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and an interest in ESG. The ideal candidate will assist with marketing materials and be a point of contact for investors, contributing to the firm's ESG goals and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • CFA ESG Certificate highly desirable; minimum interest in ESG initiatives.

Job description

An exciting position has arisen to join a growing team at boutique Private Equity Firm. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates wishing to pursue a role that will offer a unique blend of IR & ESG responsibilities at a junior level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to and work with the Investor Relations Head to assist with fundraising lifecycles and relationship management.
  • Update all existing marketing materials & produce new materials & communications for new & existing investors [RFPs, factsheets, presentations, newsletters].
  • Stakeholder management: act as a point of contact for investors and internal teams, responding to ad-hoc queries.
  • Support the Investment Committee in managing the firm’s ESG agenda: help to set targets, collect information to demonstrate progress towards these targets, produce reports for investors, respond to investor queries & liaise with advisors to ensure the firm is fulfilling regulatory requirements.
  • Research around existing and upcoming ESG developments and attend conferences as deemed necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 – 3 yrs’ experience in a relevant role.
  • CFA ESG Certificate highly desirable [minimum interest in ESG initiatives and some exposure to this in previous roles/education].
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • CRM experience and strong Excel & PowerPoint skills an advantage.
