Job Title: IPAF Labourer – Construction Site
Location: Bournemouth BH9
Rate: £17.00 per hour (CIS)
Start Date: Monday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable IPAF Labourer to join a busy construction site in Bournemouth, starting Monday. The role involves general labouring duties combined with the safe operation of MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms) to support site works at height.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting trades and site teams with general labouring duties

• Operating IPAF-certified access equipment (scissor lifts/boom lifts) safely

• Moving and handling materials across site

• Helping with site set-up, clearance, and maintenance

• Supporting working at height tasks as directed by supervisors

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Adhering to site health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Valid IPAF card (3a/3b) – essential

• Valid CSCS card – preferred

• Previous experience as a labourer on construction sites

• Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves)

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
