If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility and enjoy building relationships, you might be our next member of the investor relations team.

What we offer you

You get the unique opportunity to take ownership of one of our key business areas. You’ll be working in person in your HQ in London where you will be challenged to grow. To ensure a continuous growth curve, we provide:

  • The opportunity to have a real impact — you’ll gain operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and matter to the business.
  • Inspiration and guidance — a chance to work closely with our high-performing team as well as with the CEO and founder.
  • Unlimited growth potential in our company — we strongly believe in and have a track record of promoting internally.
  • Travel opportunities to our conferences overseas.
  • Invaluable transferable skills — boost interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management skills through training and experience.
Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but will be mainly centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing, fruitful relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our products and network.
  • Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to support the investment strategy of LPs.
  • Support the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions and VIP receptions, which may include engaging audiences beyond traditional institutional investors, such as GPs.
What the future holds with our company

We believe this position lays the foundation for a very successful career. We promote internally, and a portion of our people move on to PE, Venture or M&A roles, reflecting opportunities arising within the company.

What we expect from you

This role does not require specific previous work experience as training is provided, and we welcome candidates across different levels of experience. A UK work permit is required.

Please note that we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive and desire to be the best at what they do;
  • Have an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive and follow through on commitments;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy building and nurturing relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise their work.

Flexible

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Sloane Square. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
