Investment Governance Administration Analyst - Permanent - Private Equity - London - Hybrid - £70,000

A boutique consultancy that specializes in private markets and investment operations. They are looking for a mid-level professional with strong investment operations experience, with a clear path to grow into a Team Lead role within 1–2 years.

This position offers the chance to work closely with investment funds, governance teams, and deal professionals, ensuring smooth operations across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.

Responsibilities
  • Tracking critical reporting and compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions to ensure nothing gets missed.
  • Reconciling investment positions and capital allocations, ensuring accuracy in financial data and smooth deal lifecycle operations.
  • Managing high-volume workloads during audit season and year-end, while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of workflow tools (ServiceNow / eFront or similar systems) to streamline processes.
  • Liaising with legal, tax, compliance, and deal teams, adapting communication style to suit a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Preparing for leadership responsibilities, with the expectation of progressing into a Team Lead role within 1–2 years.
Required Experience
  • Solid Excel skills (essential).
  • Strong background in investment operations, governance, or deal lifecycle support.
  • Experience with eFront, ServiceNow, or other workflow/reconciliation tools.
  • Proven ability to handle complex compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Management or leadership experience is a plus.
