We’re looking for a full-time Inventory Manager to join us on our shared user site in Daventry. You’ll work Monday – Friday, day time hours, ensuring the general operational efficiency of our inventory function.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Support delivery of Operational, Contracted KPI's
  • Support the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Review and maintain site Business Continuity Plans
  • SOP, SSOW and RA reviews and maintenance, in conjunction with the operations teams
  • Ensure all colleagues are trained, with the right skill sets for their role, in line with the customers activity requirements with an added focus on their wellbeing at all times
  • Manage the resource levels within the stock control team, managing forecasts, budgets and key efficiency metrics at all times.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
  • Previous experience in an inventory management role in a fast-paced warehouse operation
  • A solid knowledge of stock processes and procedures
  • The ability to identify improvements and use key performance indicators to improve performance and efficiency
  • Confidence in the use of IT, especially warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office packages
