Are you methodical, detail-focused and enjoy working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment? Do you like collaborating with systems and people to troubleshoot issues and maintain accuracy?

We’re recruiting an Inventory Controller to join our expanding team at Virgin Media O2, supporting operations across both warehouse and office settings. You’ll play a crucial role in managing inventory processes, investigating discrepancies, ensuring stock accuracy and partnering closely with internal teams and customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent afternoon shift (14:00‑22:00), working any 5 days out of 7.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvementsEnsuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners
  • Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
