Key Responsibilities

• Own qualified opportunities from Business Development through final technical and commercial proposals.
• Design tailored robotic warehouse solutions and analyze logistics data for accurate system sizing.
• Present and defend proposals, delivering clear technical and commercial insights.
• Support system integrators and drive alignment between market needs and R&D.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in sales engineering within logistics systems, 3PL, or supply chain consulting.
• Strong expertise in intralogistics / automation solutions and warehouse layout design.
• Proven ability to craft persuasive, value-driven technical offers.
• Creative, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
