* Must have experience delivering small group or 1:1 academic interventions

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions (literacy and/or numeracy) to pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Lead small group and 1:1 catch-up sessions to support pupils who are behind or need additional help to meet age-related expectations.
• Support pupils with targeted academic interventions to raise achievement.

The Position

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Interventions Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Lambeth on a full-time basis. This role involves working across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, delivering targeted interventions to help pupils make accelerated progress in literacy and numeracy.
