Primary l Secondary Support - PRU Settings

105+ per day Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Drivers Preferred

Our school is looking for a dedicated and resilient Intervention TA/Manager to support pupils in both Primary and the secondary provision. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and is motivated by supporting young people who face significant barriers to learning.

About the Role
  • Deliver targeted academic, behavioural and emotional interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to implement supportive strategies
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Help create and maintain a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
  • Contribute to behaviour management and de‐escalation when required
  • Provide occasional support across the Secondary provision
What We're Looking For
  • Someone who wants to work in a PRU and is passionate about making a real impact
  • Experience in education, SEN, PRU or behavioural settings is beneficial but not essential
  • Resilience, empathy and strong communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Drivers preferred, but not essential
