Deserving a more rewarding position? Consider an opportunity to join this already highly successful SME practicein C.London…
Our client is an award winning, established SME property consultancy, specialising in the mixed-use residential arena. They continue to carve out a fantastic reputation in London & South East markets, and their success and expansion continues! They’ve swiftly become a headline grabbing business, now employing an impressive 40 staff, and they’ve hired well to accumulate a young and dynamic team. Over the past four years, projects under management have increased significantly with projects now comfortably ranging between £5-100m – typically heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top rated architects.
Applicants wishing to apply must have a Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded) with a minimum of 2 years UK PQS / cost consultancy experience to date. Our client would ideally hire a Chartered professional but are very happy to consider those within latter APC stages. An emphasis placed on those with good pre-contract residential experience.
Key personal criteria include being personable, articulate and presentable to manage clients accordingly. Applicants should have good, competent IT software skills.
With support to mentor you, your initial role will include rudimentary ones such as measurement, tender reviews, reporting, budget estimating, particularly in aid of any remaining competencies you may have to fulfil – these will develop to higher levels with talent shown. But, you can expect early client management opportunities and those will develop fast with talent shown.
This really is a cracking opportunity for dynamic young surveyor to step into a high performing business. Lastly, applicants applying MUST have eligibility to work in the UK, unfortunately our client is unable to hire those requiring either relocation or immediate VISA support
