THE COMPANY

One of the UK's top property and construction consultancies is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in central Birmingham.

With a strong nationwide presence and international reach, this consultancy is involved in some of Birmingham's most high-profile developments, including large-scale residential projects, commercial fit-outs, and mixed-use schemes. THE POSITION

They are looking to bring in an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of their own projects and provide full pre- and post-contract commercial services. The successful candidate will work with blue-chip clients across a diverse portfolio including Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Mixed-Use projects, ranging in value from £1m to £100m.

You will be supported by a knowledgeable team and provided with a structured pathway to Senior and Associate level roles as the business continues to grow.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• Have experience working within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Have strong experience delivering projects across the property/building sectors
• Be confident in handling projects from inception to completion
• Possess strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ideally be working toward APC or already chartered (MRICS)
