Are you ready to advance your Quantity Surveying career? Join a leader in delivering high-quality residential projects, working alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and Senior Project Manager on a prestigious scheme in central London.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a comprehensive and integrated Project Valuation Programme to ensure commercial success.
  • Manage feasibility studies and estimate materials, time, and labor costs to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Take ownership of cost management throughout all stages of the project, from inception to financial closure.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow, monthly cost reports, and client payment applications.
  • Handle the procurement of subcontractor packages and oversee contract administration to protect project interests.
  • Monitor variations and claims, ensuring accurate documentation for extensions of time and expense claims.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the residential M&E sector.
  • Strong ability to review technical drawings for valuations and take-offs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in commercial or residential projects.
