A financial services company is seeking an Onboarding Sales Manager to lead and coordinate assurance activities across sales channels. You will provide guidance on intermediary activities, manage accreditation processes, and oversee team operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and experience in risk mitigation and compliance. This full-time position does not allow for remote work, promoting a collaborative environment.
As an Onboarding Sales Manager you will lead and coordinate assurance activities across all sales distribution channels (intermediary and direct) ensuring operational consistency, risk mitigation and alignment with Together’s strategic priorities. This role combines technical oversight of intermediary onboarding and panel management with operational planning and coordination, acting as a central point for distribution‑related queries.
