Their products feature in some of the most stunning, architect‑designed homes in the UK, partnering closely with interior designers, architects, and high‑spec residential contractors.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be supporting two senior field‑based sales managers, taking ownership of sales administration, customer communication, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from enquiry through to production handover.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Enjoys building relationships with customers
  • Thrives in a busy, high‑quality manufacturing or construction environment

If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, or luxury home products and enjoy a role that blends account management, coordination, and problem‑solving, this could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and process incoming sales enquiries
  • Prepare estimates and pricing documents for the sales team
  • Respond to client requests for product details and additional information
  • Coordinate diaries and book appointments for field‑based Sales Managers
  • Handle inbound calls and manage customer communications
  • Identify new project leads and opportunities
  • Process customer orders and manage handover to production
What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Administration
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident with IT systems (CRM, Excel, quoting tools, etc.)
  • A proactive and collaborative approach

The role is at their luxurious office space based just north of Salisbury, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, free parking is on offer also.
